You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in text form (eg letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receiving the goods to the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not according to fulfill our obligations in accordance with article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB accordance with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
Only if not shipped by parcel (eg bulky goods) you can declare the return by the withdrawal request in text form. During this period it is sufficient to send the goods or the payment. In any case, the return will be at our expense and risk. The return or the return request must be sent to:

In case of an effective return to the respective benefits received and any benefits (eg benefits) to be returned. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods to their examination - as it would have in a retail store - is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the goods caused by the goods as your property and everything that could reduce its value.
