Shipping:

International Shipping will be dispatched via DHL or Hermes. The delivery time is usually about 4 or 5 workingdays. These times may be different from the country you order.

All parcels and packages have a transport insurance up to 500, - € and a tracking service is also available.

These tracking ID is available on the invoice, which you get with the delivery by email. So you always have the option to ask the status of your delivery online.

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Immediately transfer (direct ebanking)
  • Prepaid
  • Cash (on Delivery)

A payment on account is available from the second order.

VAT invoice without tax included:

For corporate customers, we can also issue an invoice without designated tax. In this case, please let us know your ID when ordering and after a successful test, you receive a net invoice.

Warranty Processing:

If you have OptiBay, BluRay drive or SuperDrive, a defect within the warranty period should contact us immediately and return the defective item in its original packaging to us. You'll then get a replacement unit delivered.

Please note that we can provide a warranty exchange only after receiving the defective item in its original packaging. The shipping costs for the replacement device is payable by the customer. Damaged goods are excluded from return.

The warranty periods for the Optibays 3 years, with the BluRay drive 1 year and at the SuperDrive is also 1 year.

MCE OptiBay:

For some time, replicas of the MCE OptiBay are in circulation. These replicas are very different from the MCE products, both the fit and the stability.

Please note that we do not answer any support or requests for this Optibays, because we only sell original MCE products directly from the manufacturer.
